JE Dunn has worked on this Progressive Build Program with a global supplier of innovative wafer fabrication equipment to provide facilities construction, project management, and associated services for their ongoing needs in one of their facilities in the Bay Area.
This program aims to integrate and manage all project functions into a single project delivery solution, including programming, planning, estimating, general contracting and construction management, controlling and monitoring, commissioning, turnover, and close-out. Facilities projects include lab projects, infrastructure, facilities, site works, office space (tenant improvement), and tool installation.
JE Dunn has provided planning, design, and construction cost metrics and estimates to support them in their plan budgeting cycle preparations and management presentations. JE Dunn has prepared technical evaluations as requested to support their activities relating to facilities planning, cost reduction, capital and expense cost breakdowns, safety evaluations and hazard assessments, among others.
