This 175,000 square foot five-story building serves as the headquarters for the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). This building hosts 700 employees and includes a 515-car parking garage. JE Dunn worked closely with CDOT from the beginning stages of selecting a site for the building to working with CDOT employees to best understand their workplace needs. Previously, CDOT employees were spread out between several different offices, but the new space gives the company the opportunity to attract the best and brightest engineers to the largest engineering firm in Colorado.
