The new Carson headquarters is a six-story, 120,000 square foot office building located in the Heartwood Preserve development. Tailored to fit the company’s positive “work-live-play” culture, the building features a café, a unique sit-stand stairway, a variety of individual and group workspaces, shared social spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and outdoor decks and lounges. The adjacent, four-story, 80,000 square foot tower was constructed for commercial tenants and includes office space and a high-end lounge. Both buildings use an electrochromic envelope that reduces energy loads and emissions.
