The Memorial & Alexander Residence Hall project included architectural and engineering renovations for dorm rooms and reconfigurations of the typical residential bathroom, amenity spaces, offices, utilities and elevators. The project required complete replacement of all MEP systems. The renovations combined the best of the halls’ history and tradition with updates of increased natural lighting, open communal spaces, and an outdoor courtyard.
JE Dunn has renovated three dormitories at Baylor University and has built a lasting partnership with the University. In 2023, JE Dunn and Kirksey completed renovations of Baylor University’s Collins Hall and are currently completing renovation of the Allen-Dawson Residence Halls for the fall 2025 semester.
