The Accolade at Stadium Village is a massive student housing tower near the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus. With 605 units and 1,020 beds, the building amenities include a pool and spa, club room, and sky lounge, with exterior amenity spaces on the 4th and 16th floors. The units range from studio to four bedrooms, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. JE Dunn self-performed the post-tensioned concrete structure, which topped out 38 days ahead of schedule.
