Project Highlights

Apex SouthPark is a community-centric offering of high-end residences, hospitality, retail, restaurants, and gathering spaces. JE Dunn completed all site work and over 1,000,000 square feet of built space for the 8-acre site.

At 937,000 square feet, Element SouthPark comprises two 9- and 11-story apartment towers with 354 luxury apartments, an 82,000-square-foot ground-floor retail space, and a 960-car parking deck.

Hyatt Centric SouthPark is a 133,000-square-foot, 10-story boutique hotel with 175 guestrooms, meeting spaces, and amenity and event spaces. Level two features a ballroom and IRO, a full-service restaurant, bar, and coffee lounge. The ninth level includes Mizu, a 7,940-square-foot Japanese restaurant with high-end finishes.

Steak 48 is a 10,000-square-foot high-end steak house with two full-service bars, seven dining rooms, a two-roomed kitchen and service station, six walk-in coolers, and a 2nd-floor mezzanine. All millwork, wine coolers, and wood finishes are custom fabricated.
