JE Dunn completed three projects on the Providence Office Park (POP) Campus, Providence Office Park II Office Building, Providence Office Park II Garage Expansion and Providence Office Park III Laboratory.
The 66,750 SF, 3-story POP III Laboratory is a full-service clinical laboratory for Providence Health & Services with a blood bank, core lab, cytology prep, cytology screening, micro/molecular, histology, tissue processing, surgical pathology, flow cytology, clean room and administrative space. The lab also contains a Bio-Safety Level 3 suite, one of only a handful in Oregon. This suite allows the staff to work with hazardous agents in a safe environment with the ability to decontaminate the space without affecting adjacent lab functions.
