CityFleet

Maintenance Facility

Project Highlights

After over a century, Portland’s new CityFleet Maintenance Facility will replace the original Kerby Garage that was built in 1922. The new building will have the capacity to support more than 2,400 vehicles, including electric fleets, as well as improving safety for all operations. With the collaboration of two small business partners—Zana Construction and Faison Construction—the new Cutter Garage will enable modern working conditions, efficient maintenance and turnaround times, reduce long-term operating costs, and provide the city of Portland with essential services and emergency response once completed.
