Fab Cleanroom Expansion & CUP Upgrades – Boise

This project included the buildout of Fabrication Building 5, supporting subfab, interstitial upgrades and associated Central Plant Utility (CUP) Building 39. The existing Building 51 housed approximately 54,000 square feet of a fully functional R&D Cleanroom. The construction scope for this project involved the buildout of the remaining unfinished portion of the building which will enable an additional 54,000 square feet (approximate) of cleanroom for a total of 108,000 SF. Provisions were included to ensure there were no interruptions to production on the existing operating fab. The scope also included construction and buildout of the associated Central Utility Plant (CUP) Building 39 to serve Building 51.
