Our Commitment

We believe sustainability presents an opportunity to better enable construction and deliver long-term value for our clients. We go where our clients take us, aligning with their sustainability goals and collaborating with design and trade partners to bring innovative, achievable solutions to life. Our role is to lead with practical expertise while balancing constructability, lifecycle cost, and energy use across every project. We support sustainability success by:

  • Understanding and aligning with owner and design team objectives.
  • Developing practical, high-impact strategies.
  • Researching cost-effective, energy-efficient options.
  • Equipping trade partners to integrate sustainable practices into their work.

This commitment comes to life through a holistic approach — leveraging sustainable procurement practices, expanding our prefabrication capabilities to reduce waste and emissions, and investing in a growing fleet of electrified tools and equipment to support cleaner jobsites.
