2023 community impact year in review

Nashville

In 2023, the Nashville office actively served over 25 organizations in Middle Tennessee, with 120 Nashville employees volunteering. Our valued and continued partnership with Our Kids and Boys & Girls Club of Middle Tennessee continues to grow, marked by the success of this year’s annual Hammer Down Race, which raised more than $261,000 for Our Kids, and our employees contributing over 400 volunteer hours to the Boys & Girls Club. These volunteer hours encompassed various events such as STEM Day, maintenance projects, an Easter party, Industry Club, and a school supply and backpack drive. Beyond these key partnerships, our office made a substantial impact on organizations including Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, Community Resource Center, Best Buddies International, The Next Door, The Black Book Project, Habitat for Humanity, The Sacred Transition, and many others. Whether dedicating time from their busy schedules to serve others through volunteer events or supporting organizations through monetary donations, the care and generosity exhibited by our Nashville office employees has been truly remarkable. It is this kind of compassion, kindness, and selflessness that plays a pivotal role in helping the community navigate through challenging times.

“We are very blessed to be a thriving industry with great clients that provide us with opportunities to be successful. Giving back to our communities is one way of showing gratitude for the blessings we receive from them. It is in our DNA to demonstrate our genuine gratitude by being charitable with our resources. I am personally grateful to be part of an organization that believes it is right for us to spend some of our time doing good things for causes we each believe in and desire to support.”
– Drew Emerson, Vice President
