Project Highlights

Weir’s Plaza is a 297,000 SF, 12-story Class AA office building, featuring high-end finishes with downtown views, and a six-level underground parking garage with 800 parking stalls that required a 60-foot-deep excavation to ensure the integrity of adjacent buildings, streets, and underground parking structures. The development also features 50,000 SF of ground-level retail.

Amenities include resort-style fitness center, several tiered rooftop terraces, a new two-story, 28,000 SF, signature Weir’s furniture store, 15,000 SF of street-level restaurant space and pedestrian-friendly sidewalks with streetscape enhancements. Additionally, the project preserved the historic Highland Park Soda Fountain, integrating its facade into the new structure with distinctive masonry elements that reflect its original design.
