The Local is a new, mixed-use development that includes luxury apartments anchored by a Whole Foods. This nine-story, 585,423 SF, structure is located in the heart of downtown Tempe. Additionally, there are three levels of parking: one level with reserved parking for Whole Foods shoppers, and two additional levels of parking reserved for residents. The remaining five floors include a pool deck, and 286 residential apartments, averaging 739 square-feet per unit.
