JE Dunn is currently acting as the construction manager for the new Garry Weber End Zone Complex Expansion and football operations training complex for SMUโs Gerald J. Ford Stadium. HOK is the architect of record.ย
The Garry Weber Training Complex will be a 192,500 SF three-tier south stadium expansion that includes an operations center for SMUโs football program, office spaces for coaches and staff, a locker room and weight room. It will also host a health and wellness center for all student-athletes and include new south end seating with luxury box suites and club seating.
The project will be completed before the 2024-2025 college football season.
