Shamrock Trading Office Tower

JE Dunn completed the first new office building for Shamrock Trading Corporation’s East Campus on 34-acres in Overland Park, Kansas. The eight-story office tower has a steel structure and curtain wall exterior including 256,000 SF of office space. The exterior of the office tower features a series of exterior LED light blades that run vertically on the North and South facades that can be programmed in multiple different color schemes. The office also features an exterior patio in the SW corner of the eighth floor providing dramatic views of Overland Park and the surrounding area. Phase 1 included a four-story, 687-space, pre-cast parking garage with decorative metal panel exterior elements, and a one-story link/connector building with 30,000 SF of shell space. The link/connector building will connect the Phase 1 office tower with the Phase 2 office tower.
