Microsoft Campus Expansion

Project Highlights

JE Dunn completed a multi-phased expansion program for a large, well-recognized corporation in Fargo, North Dakota. This program included building an office and data center building constructed of structural steel, metal deck, and cast-in-place concrete foundations. The design comprises 100% access flooring, geothermal heating throughout, underfloor distribution, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) to all workstations and critical systems, and energy-saving elements, including sensor lighting controls and indirect lighting. An amenities building was also constructed and includes structural steel, houses kitchen and dining facilities, meeting rooms, and a company store for employees. Upon completion, the project was awarded a LEED Gold Certification.
