Mary Greeley Medical Center

JE Dunn provided construction management services for a multi-phased, five-year project for Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, Iowa. The initial phase of construction consisted of a new six-story, 128-bed patient tower and 38,324 SF, three-story vertical patient tower expansion with administration, human resources, business office, roof garden, green roofs and accounting spaces along with a new central plant and one shelled floor.

The following phase included a new entry addition, admitting area, pedestrian link from existing parking ramp, coffee shop, gift shop, lab space, histology department, dialysis center, data center, grounds and maintenance area and existing building exterior skin replacement.

The final phase was a remodeled and enlarged emergency department and a new ambulance garage. Site work accompanied each phase of the project. This project is LEED Silver Certified.
