HERE Atlanta is a 567,275-square-foot, 350-unit student housing tower. The building includes 785 beds, luxury amenity space with a Jumbotron, a rooftop pool, and a 6-level parking garage. One of the unique features of the building is the prefabricated acrylic panel skin system which covers the exterior of the building.
Located in Midtown, HERE Atlanta was constructed on a tight urban site with two large, adjacent development projects being built simultaneously. Six tower cranes were operating within one city block between the three projects during construction.
The project finished a month before schedule by working through the COVID-19 pandemic and absorbed 50+ weather days.
