Project Highlights

Gulch Crossing is a sleek 225,000 square foot, Class A modern office building with design features paying homage to the site’s railroad history, including a contemporary, two-story metal “boxcar” entry lobby that fronts a green civic plaza along Demonbreun.

The Demonbreun level lobby features 3,000 square feet of retail space and serves as the primary entrance to the project’s 750-space structured parking garage totaling 543,000 square feet. The parking garage is situated under the office tower and extends from Demonbreun to a second entrance on 11th Avenue, below which includes two more levels of underground parking. The upper and lower levels of the project are connected by a monumental pedestrian staircase, providing access from Demonbreun to more than 16,000 square feet of ground floor retail space along 11th Avenue and more than 40 dining and shopping options in the Gulch.
