Grand Bohemian Hotel

Project Highlights

JE Dunn built the Grand Bohemian Hotel, a 16-story boutique hotel. Designed with an Argentinian influence, the building is brimming with high-end finishes including gold and silver leafing, custom-painted murals and sculptures, ornate millwork and sculptural elements, intricate custom tilework, and Venetian hand-blown glass chandeliers. The 267,257-square-foot project includes 254 luxury guestrooms, amenities like the 5,000-square-foot Palace Ballroom, the Queen Terrace amenity deck, two restaurants—Mico and Buho—and a Starbucks. Mico and Starbucks are located on the ground floor, while Buho is a private rooftop restaurant.

The fourth floor includes the Palace Ballroom, pre-function areas, meeting rooms, and a full-service kitchen to support these spaces. The spacious Queen Terrace is on the sixth floor. All guestrooms are on floors 7-15 and include suites luxuriously appointed with garden tubs, custom chandeliers, and leather headboards. The hotel also has a fitness room, a spa, and an executive lounge.
