Fairview Southdale Hospital Addition and Renovation

JE Dunn has been working with Fairview Health Services since 2021 to renovate four departmental locations, as well as a small miscellaneous work.

Our team has completed approximately $40M of projects throughout the hospital including:

• 2-story, 45,900 SF vertical addition over the existing emergency department and medical/surgical patient area and a build-out of 8,000 SF for 12 patient rooms on the existing second floor
• 10,000 SF of miscellaneous hospital renovation
• 7,987 SF hospital renovation for emergency behavioral health services
• 7,957 SF 12-bed inpatient room renovation
• 1,400 SF renovation for new CT machine and room
• 955 SF remodel of existing scanning space to allow for new bi-plane scanning equipment
