The 18-story, 431-unit building includes studio, one-two-and three-bedroom apartments, fitness facilities, and a 9th-floor amenities deck featuring a saltwater pool and clubroom overlooking the city. The ground floor features both retail and restaurant space, providing outdoor seating in a popular strip of the Gulch neighborhood. Element Music Row was constructed under the LEED for Homes Mid-Rise Rating System, which involves integrating project planning and a durable management process within an innovative design.
