Our detailed preconstruction effort identified over 1,600 potential issues and mitigated those before the final award, thus avoiding additional cost and schedule impacts.
A project highlight was execution of tracking permits and critical submission requirements with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). JE Dunn developed a great relationship with the City of Boise, receiving recognition for implementing lessons learned from the last project regarding fire alarm permits.
