JE Dunn is the contractor of choice for a national data center program. This confidential client selected our team in 2013 as a partner, and we have been continuously building for them ever since. We have built over $8 billion worth of data center projects for this client. Due to the confidentiality of this client, we are only able to release limited information regarding this program.
In the Phoenix Metro, JE Dunn is delivering three new hyperscale data centers on a single campus over a five-year period. We completed the first 308,000-square-foot, 80-megawatt data facility in 2025 through a joint venture partnership with Haydon. Once the remaining two buildings are completed in late 2027, the fully operational campus will encompass more than 900,000 square feet and deliver more than 350 megawatts of capacity.
