JE Dunn was the Design-Build contractor for the Lab and Administration Building portion of a state-of-the-art biotech manufacturing campus.
This project involved constructing an approximately 145,000-square-foot, three-story Lab and Administration Building on a multi-building campus. The campus includes four drug substance buildings, a drug product building, and a central utility building (CUB). All structures are interconnected by a central spine, facilitating the movement of materials, people, and utilities.
This project is pursuing LEED Gold certification.
