The Colorado Center Tower 3 project included the core and shell precast construction of a 360,000 SF garage and office building. The building is comprised of 15 stories total with seven levels of parking and eight levels of office space. It also includes a ground floor lobby and loading docks, and a rooftop terrace. This is the third, class-A office building in the Colorado Center development and is home to JE Dunn’s Denver office.
