JE Dunn successfully delivered the 92,000-square-foot Information Technology academic building for Collin College. The facility features three floors of classrooms and specialized labs, including video production, VR/AR, computer science, and forensics labs, along with open study areas, faculty offices, and a Dean’s suite. At its heart, a striking three-story atrium overlooks a newly designed outdoor quad, enhanced with extensive landscaping, hardscaping, shade structures, and limestone benches for student gatherings. Equipped with cutting-edge IT, low voltage, data, and communication systems, the building stands as the architectural centerpiece of the campus.
