JE Dunn completed this 92,000 SF, three-story, Information Technology academic building for Collin College. The project included three floors of classrooms and labs, including video production, VR/AR, computer science, and forensics labs, open study areas, faculty offices, and a Dean’s suite. A large, three-story atrium overlooks a new outdoor quad area with extensive landscape and hardscape for student gathering, including shade structures and limestone benches. The building is equipped with state-of-the-art IT, low voltage, data, and communication systems and serves as the new visual focal point of the campus.
