JE Dunn was selected to complete the renovation of Grandview’s City Hall, Police Department, and two fire stations. As part of a recent bond issue, JE Dunn worked with Grandview remodel these outdated buildings and improve the delivery of services while also preparing the City for the next 25 years.
Selected early in the process, JE Dunn worked collaboratively with the architect in preconstruction to deliver Grandview the best project for their bond program. As part of the renovation, JE Dunn also added a DMV annex and major upgrades to their current City Hall complex.
