The Tennova Healthcare North Knoxville Medical Center Expansion is a 114,597 SF, 4-story new building addition and remodel. It is the largest expansion in the Hospital’s history and includes an expansion to the emergency department, additional parking spaces, expanded 28-bed intensive care units, 28 adult acute care beds, and new meeting spaces and education rooms. This project achieved a Green Globes Status for sustainable design and construction practices.
