Project Highlights

JE Dunn completed a 12-story, 310,000 SF hotel supporting the downtown entertainment district of Omaha, NE. This full-service hotel includes three kitchens, a fully licensed Starbucks, and 16,500 SF of pre-function space. In addition to 333 guest rooms, the hotel includes hospitality suites, junior suites and two presidential suites.

JE Dunn also completed the development’s eight-story, 505-stall parking garage, as well as a retail component. The three-story retail building includes a pedestrian skybridge and a 53,000 SF outdoor entertainment plaza with a stage, two large video displays, two fireplaces and site furnishings. The Capitol District has helped revitalize downtown Omaha, giving the community a destination to eat, stay and play.
