April –, 2026 | Tempe, Ariz. – Kirk McClure, Vice President at JE Dunn Construction and founder of The Stadium Classic, was named to the prestigious Sun Devil 100 Class of 2026, sponsored by the Arizona State University (ASU) Alumni Association.
The Sun Devil 100 celebrates the achievements of degreed ASU alumni who own or lead businesses across the globe. Spanning industries and locations, the university has a strong history of entrepreneurship and leadership, and the Sun Devil 100 awards program invites these innovative leaders back to campus for a celebration in their honor.
McClure graduated from ASU in 2001 with a degree in Urban Planning and Design and later earned his MBA in International Business in 2010. In 2022, he founded The Stadium Classic, a nonprofit golf tournament hosted at TPC Scottsdale the day after the Phoenix Open. Each year, a beneficiary is selected that represents the organization’s mission of supporting nonprofits, including The Michael Phelps Foundation and Cajun’s Aviation Dream. This year, the organization awarded $100,000 to its beneficiary.
The Sun Devil 100 Class of 2026 includes 225 honorees representing 162 companies that collectively reported $74.9 billion in revenue for the 2024 fiscal year. These companies employ nearly 219,000 full-time professionals across 15 states and three countries. Of those businesses, 125 are based in Arizona, while 34 are located out of state. The cohort includes representatives from 13 ASU colleges with a total of 273 degrees. Notably, 67 honorees are being recognized for the first time, and eight have been honored for 10 or more years.
To be considered for the Sun Devil 100, companies must be ASU alumni-owned or -led, have been in business for at least three years, report annual revenues of at least $250,000 for the past three years, and operate in a manner consistent with the ASU Charter.
