Kansas City, MO., April 18, 2024 – JE Dunn Construction is pleased to announce that Kevin Sears, Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) Vice President, has been selected to Ingram’s 40 under Forty class of 2024. Ingram’s 40 Under Forty program is a top leadership recognition program that judges candidates on ethics, integrity, commitment to entrepreneurial thinking, professional achievements, leadership skills, and community service.
As Vice President of AFG, Kevin has supported over 20 projects totaling more than $1.5 billion across all regions of JE Dunn’s national footprint. Most of his projects have been in the data center industry, highlighting his passion for technology and his innovative mindset. He is also an advocate for Workforce Development of Construction Trades with a focus on increasing the diversity of the construction workforce in the Kansas City metro.

Outside the office, Kevin embraces the spirit of civic pride through alumni support of Rockhurst High School Freshman Retreats, raising funds for Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas, and was a top virtual volunteer for PreKC during the pandemic. He channeled his passion for education and technology by joining Blue Valley School District’s B.E.S.T. Committee, serving as Charitable Donations Director of AFCOM, and co-chairing Round Tables with the KC Tech Council.
