JE Dunn provided construction management services for Mary Greeley Medical Center’s multi-phased, five-year project totaling over 289,000 square feet. The project included a new addition, an expansion of the administrative building, and the replacement of the central utility plant.
The initial phase of construction consisted of a six-story, 128-bed patient tower addition, the replacement of the central utility plant, and a three-story vertical expansion for administration, human resources, and accounting operations. This phase also featured a rooftop garden and a turf playground.
The following phase included the addition of a new entry and admitting area, a pedestrian link from the existing parking ramp, a coffee shop, gift shop, lab space, histology department, dialysis center, data center, grounds and maintenance area, and the replacement of the exterior skin.
The final phase consisted of a renovated and enlarged emergency department, including a new ambulance garage.
