AMLI Arts Center Residential Tower

JE Dunn has built several apartment complexes for AMLI Residential over the years. AMLI Arts Center is in the urban center of Midtown Atlanta and is a 472,000 square-foot tower comprised of 350 apartment units. The tower is anchored by 4,350 square feet of retail space and a 552-space precast parking structure on a 1.758-acre site.

The 29-story building includes a rooftop skyline lounge, expansive pool and sundeck, outdoor movie theater, and a fenced dog park. Interior amenities include a two-story fully equipped fitness center, clubroom with game tables and big screen TVs, coffee lounge, business center with private conference room, gated parking garage, and bike storage and repair room.

AMLI Arts Center received LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
