The Minnesota State Office Building project is a multi-year renovation and expansion of the historic 1932 legislative building located in St. Paul across from the Minnesota State Capitol. The expansion adds roughly 166,000 square feet to the existing 290,000 square foot footprint blending modern structural framing with the building’s historic architectural fabric. This multi-phase project upgrades all legacy infrastructure to transform the legacy structure into a secure, accessible, and high-performance civic institution for the next century.
