The new three-story Lincoln County Justice Center is designed for security, efficiency, and future growth. The main level will house the clerk of court’s office, court services, a large courtroom, a jury assembly area, and the sheriff’s office with a secure entrance for law enforcement and defendants.
The second floor will feature four courtrooms and two multipurpose rooms equipped for future courtroom conversion.
The third floor will be partially occupied by the Lincoln County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Designed with security in mind, the facility includes separate corridors for the public, court staff, and inmates, ensuring safe and efficient movement throughout.
