University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management Revitalization

Project Highlights

The University of Minnesota partnered with JE Dunn, BWBR, and Clark Huesemann to modernize the Carlson School of Management. Focused on the building’s most active and student‑centered spaces, this project transforms the facility to better support collaboration, community, and hands‑on learning.
Our team is leading construction on a reimagined atrium designed to foster engagement and create a welcoming hub for students, faculty, and industry partners. We are also renovating the main floor auditorium, converting it into a world‑class environment for instruction, presentations, and large-scale events.
Key experiential learning areas are being built to strengthen real‑world learning opportunities and deepen connections with Twin Cities businesses. Additional classrooms and study spaces across multiple floors are being refreshed with modern finishes, improved functionality, and greater flexibility.
Through close collaboration and meticulous execution, we are delivering a revitalized facility that supports the next generation of business leaders.
