Project Highlights

The Benbrook Municipal Complex is a two-story, 35,000-square-foot facility in downtown Benbrook that houses the city police station, municipal court, city hall offices, and visitor’s center.

The City Hall includes the Council Chamber, a community room that doubles as a senior center and indoor venue, a municipal court, judge’s chambers, and office spaces for various city hall services. The Police Station is equipped with a reinforced laboratory area, ammunition storage, facilities for processing and storing property, a dispatch area with TC-911 systems, and offices for police personnel. Additionally, there is a detention area featuring a single point access control system for securing detainees and holding cells for six individuals. The sallyport also serves as an ICC500 rated storm shelter.

Outdoor amenities include a large green space, a water fountain/splash feature for public enjoyment, and spaces for festivals and events.
