Project Highlights

BOK Park Plaza is a 27-story, 700,000-square-foot Class-A office tower. The concrete-framed structure features a striking 433-foot transparent glass and curtain wall exterior. It includes two attached parking garages—a 9-story garage with 1,500 spaces and a 10-story garage with 700 spaces—as well as two sky bridges connecting the tower podium and the Devon garden wing to the extensive downtown skybridge network. Enhancing Oklahoma City’s skyline, the tower also boasts an internal 40-foot color-changing crown, reflecting local events and sports team celebrations.

Incorporating elements of Oklahoma’s rich history, the project repurposed materials from former landmarks such as the Union Bus Station, Auto Hotel, Hotel Black, and Carpenter Square Theater. The most prominent feature is the restored Union Bus Station sign, now enclosed in an architectural glass “lantern” and featuring salvaged glass from 1941.

The development also includes a public plaza facing the Myriad Gardens, offering pedestrian seating and tables, making it a popular gathering spot for employees.
