Design management and in-house design services.

Design

Our integrated design approach brings designers and contractors together from the outset, fostering collaboration, streamlining project management, and enhancing quality assurance. By integrating construction expertise in the design process, we improve communication, and support faster, more informed decision-making, resulting in projects delivered efficiently while preserving the design vision from concept through construction.

Benefits of an Integrated Design Approach

  • Early cost and schedule clarity: established earlier in the process reducing surprises.
  • Constructability and efficiency: trade partners and operators early involvement accelerates coordination and avoids costly redesigns.
  • Quality: design and construction knowledge fosters practical, innovative solutions while maintaining design integrity.
  • Embedded experts: JE Dunn’s design professionals work within project teams to ensure seamless continuity from design into construction.
  • Collaboration: our team can speak the same language as architects when it comes to design, promoting understanding and trust.
