Westminster Partners with JE Dunn to bring a new vision to life for their Lower School, Love Hall, enhancing both academic and arts spaces.
The 22,000-square-foot expansion includes the construction of the 10,000-square-foot Taylor Auditorium, a 400-seat performing arts venue that provides much-needed space for the school’s ever-growing music program. The new building also includes three innovation centers, two art rooms, two large group teach areas and a complete demolition and renovation of their music room.
Beyond the performing arts and classroom space, this project introduces a new administrative suite and serves as the primary entryway for the Lower School, blending seamlessly into the existing campus. Built with steel-framed risers and a combination of glass punched windows and masonry, the structure stands as a striking yet cohesive addition to the school grounds.
Further connecting the campus, the construction also included pedestrian pathways linking Love Hall to the Middle and Upper Schools, creating a unified experience for students and staff.
