Wells Fargo Corporate Campus

JE Dunn completed the new Wells Fargo Home Mortgage campus covers 160-acres in West Des Moines, Iowa. This suburban development represented a multi-year, multi-phased design and construction plan. The project includes three, four-story office buildings, a central plant, and a centralized commons building that features dining services and a fitness center. There is also 2,968-space surface parking and a 4-level, over 1,700-car, above ground, cast-in-place parking structure.

With a fast-track approach and a large, diverse design team, it was imperative that communication be constant and consistent. JE Dunn instituted and facilitated a series of regularly scheduled meetings during preconstruction and construction. These were design and weekly progress meetings for every building and associated sitework to keep all team members on track and working to a common goal.
