University of Arizona Stadium

East Sideline Renovation

Project Highlights

JE Dunn was the Design-Builder for the University of Arizona Stadium east sideline renovation. Our team created a feasibility study evaluating the cost and impact of renovating the East, West and South sides of the stadium. Multiple options and phases were studied to improve the stadiums infrastructure, safety and code upgrades, circulation improvements, restrooms, concessions and fan amenities.

JE Dunn provided design and construction of the east sideline renovation for the 2018 football season. Due to the aggressive schedule, our team worked with the University to procure critical path trade partners through the “Best Value Selection” method, ensuring assistance during the design phase and confidence in the budgets.

The renovation included demolition of the existing east sideline concourse, a new 48” storm line to run below the concourse, new slab-on-grade, restrooms, concessions, recruiting lounge, re-seating of the east lower bowl (ZonaZoo), and storage areas for the University to use year-round.
