Paris Baguette, owned by South Korea’s SPC Group, has grown rapidly in the North American market, with over 200 locations now operational. In support of the company’s goal of 1,000 cafés across the U.S. and Canada by 2030, JE Dunn is serving as design-builder to deliver a new, 267,000-square-foot manufacturing plant. This facility will reduce the chain’s reliance on frozen dough shipped from overseas.
Having localized production operations set up on 37 acres south of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro will ensure faster distribution and the ability to meet growing demand in North America.
This new facility will bring everything under one roof, including centralized manufacturing offices, warehouses for raw materials and finished goods, and specialized production areas for the signature items that make Paris Baguette cafés a favorite. Designed for efficiency and freshness, the building will also feature advanced cold and freezer storage solutions to ensure premium quality at every step.
