The first building is an 860,000-square-foot, 11-story office tower served by a 12th floor mechanical penthouse, and the second building is an eight-story office tower served by a 9th floor mechanical penthouse. The towers are connected by a four-story link building which has a 5th story rooftop terrace. Phases 3 and 4 consist of two additional office towers totaling 777,618 square feet.
