JE Dunn completed construction of the 800-room, 23-story hotel, which includes 75,000 SF of meeting space, 17,650 SF of restaurant, bar and retail, a 469-space garage, 8,800 SF of recreational facilities and 90,000 SF of event space with a lawn addition. The hotel connects directly to the Kansas City Convention Center via a new pedestrian bridge and the restaurant has a wraparound balcony that overlooks downtown and the Power & Light District.
