The Fraye Hotel and Fallyn Apartments anchor a mixed-use development at the intersection of 19th Avenue and Broadway near Nashville’s famed Music Row.

The 16-story Fraye Hotel, as part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, consists of 200 lavish rooms, seven levels of parking, and features such as the chic Gathre restaurant, a 7th-floor bar with panoramic views, a serene pool deck, and state-of-the-art fitness spaces.

As a part of the complex, the Fallyn Apartments consists of 26-stories, offering resort-level living. The apartment homes offer studios to three-bedroom units, each designed with modern elegance. The 7th-floor amenity space fosters community, while the rooftop lounge on the 26th floor offers a panorama of the city skyline.
