Confidential Client Vertically Integrated Cultivation and Process Facility

This new facility is expected to create approximately 200 jobs during its first two years of operation. The 115,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building is designed to serve as a vertically integrated grow and processing facility.

The project involved comprehensive construction services, including the creation of specialized rooms for various stages of production including dry and flower rooms, a laboratory, and employee facilities. Given the emphasis on speed to market, the project followed an expedited schedule, which included early ordering of long lead items, phased construction, and compressed timelines.

JE Dunn’s technology integration partner, Aptitude, was involved from the start. Since this was the first facility of its kind in the state, Aptitude worked closely with the client to help them decipher regulations and ensure compliance. In the process, Aptitude professionals found ways to save the client around $350,000 during smart technology installation.
