Waterloo Tower Student Housing

JE Dunn was the design-builder and co-developer of this 30-story, 373,000-square-foot high-rise apartment tower community, the tallest of its kind in Austin’s UT West Campus district. Waterloo Tower consists of 241 luxury student housing apartments with 796 beds housed on 25 resident levels, in combination with 4 floors of above-grade parking on levels two through five, and lively ground floor engagement and activation spaces.

In order to optimize efficiency in construction and leasing, residential levels 6-29 utilize an identical floorplate that features fully-furnished studio, 2 bed – 2 bath, 4 bed – 4 bath and 6 bed – 6 bath floor plans. The 30th level of the building includes an exclusive five-bedroom penthouse unit with direct access to the rooftop amenity space which includes pool, spa, sauna, fitness center, yoga and spin room. All residences feature stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers, high-end finishes, and a designer furniture package.
