The LifeScape Campus is a new 200,000 SF children’s services facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, designed to support children with specialized medical and educational needs. JE Dunn is building the campus for LifeScape in three phases, with space allocated for future expansion, working with Koch Hazard Architects.
Phase 1 includes an 18-bed pediatric rehabilitation hospital, a 6-bed children’s residential area, a larger specialty school, expanded inpatient and intensive outpatient therapy areas, and administrative offices.
Phase 2 will add a gym, pool, community center, family rooms, visitation space, and additional administrative offices.
